As of 3/23 and until further notice, we will be exclusively providing emergency HVAC repair and installation services, including air purification solutions. Our team is available 24/7 for emergencies as always. The safety of our customers and staff remain a top priority at Cuesta’s Air Conditioning & Heating and we will continue to follow the CDC guidelines while monitoring the situation daily.
March 19, 2020 – The health and safety of our customers and team members are a top priority at Cuesta’s Air Conditioning & Heating. We are all concerned about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and continue to monitor the situation while following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and state officials. What We Are Doing
- Maintaining 6’ distance between all team members and customers.
- Cleaning and disinfecting every few hours.
- Wearing face masks and gloves.
- Wearing booties while in customer’s homes.
- Checking employees temperature as they arrive to work.
- Using proper hand washing techniques. (CDC recommends 20 seconds of washing with soap and water ex: singing Happy Birthday twice)
- Monitoring the situation daily.
